*Cancellation Policy: We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment no later than FOUR hours prior to your time slot. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

*Lateness/No-Show Policy: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their allotted time slot will forfeit their appointment and will be subject to a $25 inconvenience fee. No-shows will be subject to a charge in the full amount of their designated appointment (as registered on Square).
